larger (or configurable) value jumps for MOD and CV16 values

so MOD and CV16 lanes have 4096 steps in value, which is wonderfully precise. However, when trying to enter values, using the shift+UpArrow or DownArrow only jumps +- 64 (0x40) steps in value at a time. The result is that it is pretty slow to shift the full range of the outputs. 

I was wondering if it would be possible to make the "fast jump" value either A) configurable, and/or B), have a default jump of 512 (0x200) or something similar.
