Track Assignment - import/export Presets

I very much like the new "Import - Export Pattern" feature for the tracks patterns in nerd settings. Its very helpful.  I must ask though, is there any chance for an import of track assignment settings?  In the future, I imagine setting up i2c channels, midi channels, trigger16 channels, cv16 channels, will end up exhausting by the time you sit down to make music, and since (atleast in my set up, but I imagine others too) things will often be similar in set up, it would be nice to have it be quickly accessible.

What about a simple project template.
You set up a new project, assign what you need and save it as template.
Then you just load it and save with a new name.
In any other way I would think it can be kind of a trouble to define what should be in a preset and what not.

Fair enough, and you’re right that’ll work. I guess the only thing I’m worried is having presets for tracks and saved songs mixed together, but this is purely a clutter issue and not really a big deal.
