I imagine a "Break/Jump" effect at the end that also breaks all other track's patterns.

Might be interesting. I think it would be useful in the case of odd measured breaks or alternative clocks.

FX STSP 0XX with XX being the row number on the sequencer screen is not what you are looking for?
