Hi!
I would like to expand the trigger delay functionality to allow for negative values. Some of my modules, most notably digital drum modules but it also applies to some sampler, have a fairly large latency of 4-5ms or even more. That's noticeable when played together with plucky/instantly responding sounds. I'd like to be able to compensate for that and the easiest way appears to be to allow for negative delays.
In a perfect world this would be applicable to all lanes (not just tracks) on a per lane basis. E.g. with the Trigger 16 expander I may want to have my snare lane -4ms earlier while the rest should be on time. Similar for the More CV 16 expander. There I may have a sampler that's I wish to compensate by e.g. -6ms. I would want the note CV and the corresponding trigger/gate/env (on another CV 16 lane) be adjusted accordingly (i.e. 6ms earlier).
I'm not sure the available storage per lane would allow for something like that but I think it would be awesome
Kind regards,
Michael
