Live CV / gate input to play (empty) MIDI track?

Hello,

I'm attempting to use NerdSEQ as a pass-through device to input CV 1v/oct + gate input to play notes on an empty MIDI track. For example...

NS CV In 1 = CV 1v/oct from external sequencer
NS CV In 2 = gate from external sequencer

I'd like to use this as LIVE input to play notes on an empty MIDI track. I tried using Input/Record Setup but this only has the option to 'Pass to CV1 / TRIG1'.

I'm looking for a way to have CV In 2 play the MIDI note, while CV In 1 handles the transposition but only when CV In 2 gate is received.

I’m trying to have NerdSEQ control the TPS of CV 1 input.

I think you would need to go through the mappings in this case. Direct Live input CV to Midi is not supported.
