PCRD 001A does not work

Going through the PCRD options today, I noticed that PCRD 001A (7th Augmented 9th) produces no sound when connected via MIDI to my Eaganmatrix or Cinematic. All the other values from PCRD 0001-001F work fine. As well, the manual says that available chords for MIDI are 9th, 9th minor, 9th Major, 9th Diminished 5th and 11th but they don't come up as options to choose. The choices end at PCRD 001F which is 6th Minor. I'm running firmware is 2.02A.

The chords 9th, 9th minor, 9th Major, 9th Diminished 5th and 11th are actually not included for Midi since they use more than 5 notes. This is wrong in the manual.

As for 7th Augmented 9th I can acknowledge that doesn't work after checking the code. I think I missed to remove it completely as it also uses 5 notes.
