About mapping CU00 to CU63

Hello, I see manual its said → Inserts a value at the current cursor position and the selected row.
Ok, But, what value I can able to inserts? and for what?

It is actually a function to insert values to the column you are currently 'visiting' with the cursor on the selected row.

For example if you are on the MOD column with the cursor then it would insert any value from the source to the selected row.

A functionality could be a 16 fader source changing the columns of 16 steps (eg triggers or MOD value).

Thanks for your help, I was wondering if this only applies to note triggers and mods? I tried placing the cursor on the FX column, but the inserted value did not change.

FX is excluded because all 3 / 4 digits can have also a dedicated functionality which is not capable to manipulate from one source.
