There is a similar issue here (track clock setting bug), but I don't think they're completely the same.
When I use CC to modulate the pattern order on a non-playing track, it affects the pattern order on the other tracks.
It also makes the little line for the playhead on each track in the top of the SEQ screen, escape it's little numbered box and continue onwards in the area below.
