Launchpad Not working, no lights

Hi,

I cant get any of my Lauchpads to work with the Nerdseq. I have enabled it in the setting and tried both devices I have, connecting in both the device and host connection, and also tried multiple cables. Neither Launchpad lights up when plugged in. I have Launchpad pro and first Gen mini. Can anyone give me some guidance?

I think the PRO needs an external power supply and can't be run from the USB port if I am right. 
Also it'll only work on the HOST port. The Device port is not suitable for the launchpad. 

Did you try the HOST port with any other gear yet (just to be sure the port is running well)?
Are the Multi-IO Firmware versions detected (for both the main and host part) on startup?
