I have noticed that recording MIDI to a pattern is a little counter intuitive for my needsĀ - it records the notes, but also the note offs as spaces. This is okay if I play the melody on time, but the spaces mean that either not all the notes are captured since the spaces overwrite them, or that overdubbing slight alterations means the spaces pretty much wiping nearly the entire area it's recording over, even though the notes themselves don't overlap.
Would it be possible to set this so that it doesn't record note offs as spaces, and instead puts them as triggers?
