How to use these functions?

Could someone explain how I use these FX functions?

004 – Set Clock Output
005 – Reset Clock Output
and
007 – Set Clockreset Output
008 – Reset Clockreset Output

What does set clock output mean?

004 Sets the clock output to a high level (5 volt)
005 ReSets the clock output to a low level (0 volt)

007 Sets the reset output to a high level (5 volt)
008 ReSets the reset output to a low level (0 volt)

These come in between regular clock signals.

No, you set or reset the clock outputs. Regardless of a currently running clock.
