Shift+Up+Delete

Just discovered this very handy shortcut
excellent for cleaning a pattern from wrong notes.
BUT I have one wish, could you add "hold" functionality here? I mean, if you HOLD Shift+Up+Delete, then it would be great to quickly re-trigger the function ,like the way if you hold cursor down, you will quickly scroll down

SHIFT+UP+DELETE scrolls the field below up.
I think you should better mark a part (which works with scrolling since the cursor keys are involved) and press shift+delete then.
With that it is even easier to delete the whole pattern:
SHIFT+MARK -> Enters Mark mode
PAGE DOWN -> Select/mark all
SHIFT+DELETE -> Delete marked/selected values
