That was it! I had accidentally inserted a high note value, deleted it, and then replaced it with an envelope. On stop all sounds, it returns to the value of the deleted note.
For anyone else who might have this issue and wants to know how to resolve it quickly, I just inserted a 000 value into the column, press play and then stop after it passes thru it.
