Actually loading the calibration data is not related at all. The calibration is inside the CV16 and it sends only some numbers back to the NerdSEQ.
They are 3 possibilities:
1. Your CV16 Firmware is still V1.0 which might interfere with other expander sequencing.
2. You have some probabilities on several outputs
3. (and this is the most common) You have modulators running which overrule Note behaviour. It might be possible that you started modulators in some ways but are not aware of it (though you can always see if modulators are running on top of the columns). Press SHIFT+STOP twice always turns all modulators off.
