No table presets in my SD cards

Except there are no preset rules? 

As you see I go into a table -  I select Shift+Nerd in the table (I imagine it doesn't matter what row you're in) and I get a screen which just has two possibilities (three if you count abort):

Preset > Empty
Release Table

As you can see, these are the only possibilities, I don't have any rules to choose from.

Go to the preset rule and select as always with shift left/right.

You always...always change values using shift left/right (up/down)

"You always...always change values using shift left/right (up/down)", yes, I understand (or so I thought). But as you see there are no rules to choose from (see the image in the attachment). 

Am I in the wrong screen?

Now move the cursor to the position of preset and press shift+right. Tadaa ;-)
