OK button to enter pattern

Would it be possible to have an option that makes it so when you accidentally press the OK button on a pattern that is already there it just enters the pattern screen instead of overwriting the pattern with a new one?

Hi there!
Can we transpose a track (all patterns in track all together)? On fly. For example, +/- 12 or +/- 1. Without going into a pattern edit mode, marking notes etc.
Under Nerd menu there are different clocks we can choose for track. However quick way how to transpose track is what I can't find.

CV inputs seem to have voltage present when no patch cable attached

This is a bit of a strange one I've noticed for a while
If I automate a parameter using the the CV Input (via the Automation), it acts as though a small amount of voltage is present even when something isn't patched into the CV Input.
Eg, I "override step value" with CV1, and even with nothing patched into CV1 the pattern will often return to the top before finishing, and sometimes get stuck around step 1 for little periods of time.
I've had my Nerdseq in multiple eurorack cases where this happens, so it's not a dodgy power supply or anything.
This happens with all 4 CV inputs.
If the CV Input is automating the "CV" value (ie an oscillator's pitch), it's not noticable
I wonder if there's never *truly* 0V in the system, so maybe it's responding to tiny little bits of residual voltage or something? Perhaps there could be some sort of threshold so that it ignores anything too close to 0V?
Video to demonstrate : https://youtu.be/dVTIJXakstU (happens at start and around 30 sec mark)

Modular Drum Mode

It would be nice if there were a mode specifically for sequencing drums.
A common way to arrive at a drum kit in modular is not to use simple drum modules per se but reserve a few tracks for drums and use CV modulations to have "virtual" voices.
At a basic level you'd have open/closed hihats from the same voice but it's common to go further.
A kick drum sound can be made into a snare drum by adding waveshaping/ring modulation changing the env amount or changing the waveform.
Various klicks, pops, claps can also come from the same voice.
Sequencing this using regular modular tracks is possible but it could be more convenient.
I propose to add a way to define certain drum sounds in the project settings by their modulation amounts and trigger settings.
This could be either all the information that is input into one step of a pattern (like Note/CV1, Modulation, Trigger, Effect) or even span across multiple Outputs.
These predefined settings could then be named with symbols like BDN (bassdrum), SDN (snaredrum), OHH (open hihat), CHH (closed hihat), etc...
In the pattern editor the symbols can then appear as an option in the note track if they are defined.
It also might be possible to adapt the trigger sequencing screen for that purpose, just instead of triggers the columns correspond to the drum instruments defined in the project.

Maximize Polyphony

I've been looking at the Demon Core Osc modular and the only thing thats holding me back is being unsure how to maximize the polyphony use on it (max 16 voices). Is it possible to use multiple 4 midi tracks on Nerdseq to stack voices so I could get 8/12/etc? Are there any plans to be able to select polyphony amount in the future?

idea: MIDI CC definitions/labels

The Squarp Pyramid has an interesting feature allowing users to effectively add labels to MIDI notes and CCs: https://squarp.net/modedefinition
Something like this seems like it could be really nice on nerdseq - I currently have a bunch of MIDI implementation printouts laying around to reference
Not sure where this info could be surfaced. Perhaps the status bar (where channel, CC, etc info is displayed) at the bottom while the cursor is over a MIDI note or CC effect?
Perhaps CCs without definitions could even be made unavailable somehow? Roland boutiques, for example, have their usable CC numbers spread out quite a bit (eg: TB-03 uses 12, 16, 17, 18, 19, 71, 74, 75, 102, 104) and it could be tedious to scroll through and find the correct ones even with "definitions"

Auto fill in trigger -> auto delete triggers + delete patterns when playing

Not sure if this has been covered anywhere else or whether other users might hate it, but I am always getting tricked when using the auto fill in trigger function:
it works great as intended but when I delete a note it would be great if the trigger was deleted too.
Almost every time I forget to do this and wonder why things are still triggering when I know I've got rid of notes.
Perhaps an "auto delete in trigger" in the setup menu?
The second thing is would it be possible to delete patterns while playing? We can delete notes which is great but it's a pain to have to stop everything so a pattern can be deleted.
Again this might be covered elsewhere or other users might have good reasons to not have this implemented, but an option for this would be fantastic.
Thanks for reading!
