Display voltage amount in status bar

Greetings. Here's my request: when outputting a straight voltage from the modulation outputs or the CV-16 expander (e.g., the output that ranges from 000 to FFF or FFD), it would be great if the amount of actual voltage is displayed in that little status bar on the bottom row.
I understand that the exact output voltage will vary by the position of the offset switch (on the sequencer itself or the CV16 expander), which probably can't be read by the software, so this can't be a perfect display of what is output, but even just a percentage (between 0% and 100%) would be great. For example, the status bar text could say, "EXT CV 3 Voltage: 52.5%" or "Modulation: 52.5%." It would be easy enough to do the math to determine that this would equal 5.25V in unipolar mode, or 0.25V in bipolar mode. Even a straight display of 0-10V or -5V-+5V(with the responsibility being on us to consider the position of the offset switch) would be greatly appreciated.
Or, to have the voltage displayed on the right side of the screen (where the glide/step/mod values are displayed) would be equivalently useful, especially if we can also edit it from that field as well. But just having the actual voltage displayed somewhere, with no extra frills, would be great.
Thank you for your consideration.

Swap Outputs Available on Tracks 7 and 8

I'm very happy to be able to use More Triggers on tracks 7 and 8 with the new firmware. Thank you!
Will it be possible to Trigger 16 Setup from Shift/Nerd > Track Setup in the future?
It looks like only Audio Setup is available on 7 and 8 currently and I'd like to enable Swap Outputs for Track 8.

LFO slow clock bit rate

When trying to use really slow lfo settings I noticed that the "slow" clock setting is quite low bit rate, taking 16 separate steps to complete a full cycle without any smooth movement at all. I seem to remember a couple of firmware versions ago (the last time I used the slow clock setting) it was able to produce fairly smooth lfo movement at slow rates. Am I remembering incorrectly? Is there a setting to improve this at all?
I find myself using the Nerdseq as a modulation source quite often and would love a smoother lfo function at slow settings.

Option to sample-convert to SD

The NS does sample conversion internally, so if loading a 16 bit sample, it will convert it to 8 bit, and so on.
I was thinking it could be nice to use this conversion to allow the user to save the converted sample on to the SD card - or maybe an option in the sample window to convert all files in a specific path. Either way, it would be nice if it leaves the original files unchanged and make copies - and perhaps moves the original files to an \ORIG folder in the specified path.
Having this option, should make the loading speed faster - and...
I don't know if the displayed sample memory available is calculated after the internal conversion, or at file level? But if it is at file level, then this option could open up for using more samples after the conversion. And if it is at file level, this may be a limit that can be removed (lowered), if calculated as converted.

[NO BUG] Connected Octatrack stopping by itself

I'm trying to track down why my Octatrack mk2 sequencer is stopping for no apparent reason. Apparently it will stop if it gets a spurious midi A1, and at the moment the Nerdseq seems to be the likely candidate. I' have no midi tracks in use, and the NS is providing midi clock to Octatrack and Analog Rytm. The Analog Rytm is not stopping and I see no extra events in VCV Rack midi monitor. I have tried different midi cables. Nerdseq is the only midi OUT (or through) on the bus. I'm working on getting a midi data stream recorder set up.

Help with GL C fx

I’ve tried the glide function and read the manual and a few forum posts about it but still it does weird things I don’t understand, possibly a bug?
Imagine a simple pattern, with a c0 note at step 1 and a c3 note at step 16 for instance. I connect the cv out to 1/oct of an osc. Running this… bleep bloop, all good. Now when I add some glide cv using the patch screen, I get glides between the 2 notes. Still all good. Now I want different glides per note, so it glides up as it reaches the c3 note and instantly plays the c0 note. So I put GL C value of 000 in the fx1 column of the c0 note and GL C value of 002 in the fx1 column of the row with c3 note. Now the glide seems totally broken. It just plays a fixed cv value. What am I doing wrong?

Trouble sending midi out through TRS-A expander

I just setup the trs midi expander for the first time. I'm able to use the midi in without a problem but I can't seem to get the NERDSEQ to send midi. I've tested the cables and my midi interface seems to work fine with other units/signals. When connecting nerdseq to ableton I get an error and it says ext. sync has been turned off.
I have the midi clock out setting in the "on" position. Is there another setting that is important for this to work? I'm sure I'm missing something simple but I can't figure it out.
