Still Struggling with Quantizing HALP

I have a pattern with a bunch of different notes spaced every quarter note. Trigger is 40 for each note
table on row00
Table
Speed 06
Type Loop
Range 00 > +0C
Allow notes D, F, G#
... it only plays those notes, but I can hear the table cycling through the quantized value on the decay in-between my quarter notes.
I can hear the table quantizing/changing pitch to the tails of my notes, how do I make it stop so It holds the quantized value until a new trigger?

Sample Playback Issue

I was messing with sample playback on Sample8 when I found the almost no sample I loaded would play. Or if it did, all you would hear was a click, if you got the note range just right. I could not get it to happen on Sample7. And if I started with a clean slate after a reboot it would work normally. I actually found that trying to load different samples, despite plenty of free memory could crash the Nerdseq, or generate a memory error message. Either I created a situation in my saved Project, or I stumbled into a bug. I have no plan to report a repeatable bug, but I thought I would drop a note in case it's more common than I imagine.

MIDI Preview Play Chords

Hello,
I would love to eventually see the ability to preview the chords set in the FX Play Chord by pressing ok on the root note when using MIDI. If there is a way to already accomplish this, I do apologize.
Thank you,

Reset all patterns to start on row change

Please can you make this a possibility (or an option in the menu).
I hate to say it but the way I use island at the moment is like Scenes in Ableton live... it would be most excellent if all patterns would be force restarted on a row change.
At the moment if set to different lengths they do not all change at the same time. I would like them to be synced.
I hoped the new SFX clock resync would do it but it doesn't work how I want it to.
Thank you.

Make Next Note Random

How do I make my next note random but have it quantized to the scale set in my table?
Note is C-1 in my CV column row 1 (that's it, lol), I have pitch 040 in FX column 3 followed by RDMN 003 and it doesn't change the pitch ever.
What am I doing wrong or how do I make this work?
Thanks in advance.

NRPN messages

Just trying to understand this NRPN bizness for the first time... I’m trying to choose banks on my Novation Summit (and other NRPN MIDI messages to the Summit) from the Nerdseq. I don’t understand how the “NRP1...4” works, after I read through the manual.
From what Novation tells me, bank changes are like NRPN, but a bit different. The Summit apparently responds to bank changes on LSB (CC32) and a PC message. So, I suppose I just send two simultaneous messages - a PC message (to choose my preset) and a value from 1-4 on CC32 (to choose the bank)? It would be great to be able to send a PC on an overrule channel. But seems NRPN wouldn’t be applicable here, am I right?
But how about, for NRPN examples sake (as it’s what Novation used in my discussion with them), say, choosing “Patch Genre” which is set with Control Number 0:1 and a range of 0-9. If I want to send, for instance:
MSB CC99 = 0
LSB CC98 = 1
MSB CC6 = 0
LSB CC38 = 7
I believe the top two choose the NRPN parameter number and the bottom two, the parameter value. How would I do this with the NRPN FX, or is it simpler just to send the separate CC values? Is the 0 to 3FFF just the full range - 128 x 128. Actually, seems like that’s exactly what it is. So I just send 0007 for the above example?
Parenthetically, could this range of values up to 16,384 be used to increase the resolution of other NERDSEQ elements, modulation, etc, or would the processing strain be the rate-limiting factor?
For NRPN messages, it seems I have to set up something in the MIDI setup screen, but I don’t understand as I haven’t really messed around with NRPN before! Do I just need to designate CC99 and CC98, to indicate these are used for choosing NRPN parameter numbers? But where do I indicate these values then, for instance MSB CC99 = 0 and LSB CC98 = 1?
Thanks!
