Let's say I have a pattern with 64 steps. I set a Row probabilty value of 34 for step 14, and in step 15 I set the row probability to 64 (the maximum value).
I don't know why, but sometimes the sequencer doesn't read the probabilty of step 15 and continues to the end of the pattern with value 34.
I'm trying to repeat a number of steps in a pattern for a limited number of times. E.g. assume my pattern is 32 steps long and I wish to repeat steps 9-16 twice, i.e. I wish to play steps like this (steps now in hex):
0-7, 8-f, 8-f, 10-...
I tried this by setting step f FX1 to BRK 001 and FX2 to BRK 108
However that results in steps 8-f looping indefinitely.
Is there a way to have the JUMP (BRK 108) only executed a set number of times?
And how?
Is there a way to transpose the same pattern, say pattern #03, by different amounts at various positions in the sequencer, say by +3 semitones in row 01 and by -5 semitones in row 03, while no transposition is applied anywhere else? Basically leaving the actual pattern unchanged, but applying a transposition at the sequencer level?
Hi. I am trying to use tables to make some arpeggios.
I loaded the tuplets preset, set it to loop and increased the speed to 6 so the arpeggio is slower.
But, when I play the arpeggio I don't only hear the 3 triggered notes on the screen:
00, +03, +08, 00, +03, +08, 00, +03, +08, 00, +03, +08, ...
What i hear is:
00, +03, 00, +08, 00, 00, +03, 00, +08, 00, 00, +03, 00, +08, 00, ...
What is happening? I think I am hearing 5 notes in every loop and not 3 notes Can you help me to understand it?
I’m trying to CV and trig sequence a bassline on the BIA, but the notes are intermittently off. They sometimes carry the previous note. I’ve attached a video that demonstrates the issue, in which it plays right the first time. The second time instead of G1 it plays D2. The third round, the first D2 plays as G1. It’s a bit maddening!
Hello!
It would be very nice to have an option (or better: key shortcut) to move the edit cursor in sync with the clock.
This way Cursor Recording would benefit of addidtional functionality - it could be used to quick record into active tracks / patterns on screen without the need to setup the appropriate "this input goes to this track" recording parameters first.
Hi. I am running 1.23A firmware (that came installed with my new Nerdseq).
If I press the Nerd menu when in a table, my preset list is empty. Is this normal? Reading at the manual, it seems I should have a few presets already installed. Is this normal?
Hello
Sorry if this newbie question was posted previously After research but i don't find...
I would like to know if possible to start the nerdseq internal enveloppe with directly with the nerdseq Gate. I would like simply send a Gate to my vca for making shorter or longer sound and apply eg on this signal.
Could you help me
