hello, isn't it supposed that the table probability % sets the probability according to which the table will be used or not? because i cannot get it to work. i have set a table probability for example to 0004 and the table is used every time

"More flexible Mark" and "Groove-presets"

What I would think will be a nice thing to add to all the niceness, is two things...
1). A more flexible "Mark"ing of things. To speed up the workflow even more.
When for example I am at the bottom of a 64-step sequence, and I want to select that whole 64-steps... I first have to scroll all the way up, then use "Mark" and scroll all the way down again.
Is it possible to mark something starting at the bottom? Or From Right to Left?
When on a Trigger16 track:
I would like to be able to just select ("Mark") for example just trigger 1 and 2... and not trigger 3~16.
That would (I think) speed up the workflow a lot, when creating beats. And in combination with the Euclidean-shizzle will let you create some wicked beats in no-time.
---------------------------
What I think will also be a nice addition to all funkyness, and real handy for live-set situations:
2). Groove Presets
The possibility to save your groove/swing settings and then switch between them with some kind of key-combo.
This would then take affect at the first "Live-quantise-Step". This way you can change a groove when preforming, without loosing sync with all the rest of the tracks, patterns, external clocks, MIDI-clocks and what not.

Clone midi to cv

I’m trying to use the feature that clones midi output to cv output in the same track. Does this not work real-time? For instance I want to route midi from a keystep thru track n but also send a trigger on track n to an envelope -> VCA.

Kill, trigger delay values

I'm having inconsistent problems with the timing of triggers and CV/Mod out from channels when i'm triggering samples on my assimil8or—so i'm trying to make sure i've got all the info i need to make everything work together properly before I actually whine
Essentially i've got a breakbeat (amen, think, etc) loaded up on a channel of my assimil8or, and i'm trying to trigger it like I would in renoise or an oldschool tracker with the sample offset command (like drum n bass, chopping up breakbeats, etc). With the way the assimil8or works, it makes the most sense to me to run my samples in "gated" playback mode—meaning the sample will play as long as a gate is high. I've looked at the trigger and CV (and Mod) outs on a scope and it seems like the autogate function doesn't go low long enough for the assimil8tor to register the new rising edge for the next note's gate. So i've been experimenting with triggers, trigger delay on tracks, and the kill command to make nerdseq generate the longest gate i can but still have it reset with enough time before the next rising edge that the assimil8or will register another gate.
So after all that explanation, what do the numbers next to the "trigger delay" track option mean? you can set it from 0 to 31, but is that in ms? Also, with regards to the kill command, I've noticed that sometimes it'll kill later than the next line at higher values, but only during faster tempi—what are the values for the kill command measured in? I'm assuming ms but when kill is set to 100, how many ms, or is it like 1 tick per KILL 100?
I'd love to understand the timing relationships between ticks, ms, trigger delays, and the kill command, so I can have the control over trigger and gate length that i'm looking for

Trigger behaviour change

I am about (not this release but soonish) to change the trigger behaviour a bit.
Mainly everything stays the same, expect for that values from F0 to FC will be occupied for something else.
FD for toggle and FE for Gate on will stay.
So do you mind?

sync issue / IO-expander

hello, i recognize a strange issue when using the nerdseq and the IO-expander. i use a pamela clock to trigger the nersdseq (this works without any problems) and from the midi out of the io-expander i go into my octatrack. this sometimes works and sometimes not (around 50% / 50%).
when it doesn't work, the octatrack just plays between 1 and four steps and stops.
what could cause this? anyone has experiences with such behaviour? and how to fix? i'd love to use the pamela as the clock, so i can change tempo from my modular, which would not work if i use the midi in to the nerdseq comming from the octatrack.
