Assign midi cc's to all the columns to enter values

I was thinking, it would be cool to be able to dial in the values of the columns with midi (modvalues, fx type, fx values, maybe tables/patches/triggers too). The cc's could be fixed (a synth also has fixed cc's for its functions), and on the step edit channel.
For instance when hooking up a digitakt or octatrack, you could use the encoders on them to dial in those values really quick.

Best way to use track division

Hi!
I’ve read up on the various track division options available and have a question:
There’s the track setup division option, which is per track, of course.
There’s the SCLK, which takes effect when the next ’breakpoint’ is reached.
If I wanted to jam on a pattern, and then switch manually to another pattern on the same track, and have the next pattern have another clock division, could this be done? Basically, it’s the same issue as with sending program changes: you need a setting to either have the new division take effect immediately, or the option to send the division change only if you’ve selected the next pattern.
Or is there some way to reach this with current features? The gist of all this is: I think a way to achieve per-pattern clock divisions would be immensely powerful.

MIDI Effect behavior?

Hi!
Still learning the module, but i have one question regarding MIDI effects:
I have notes on steps 7 and 8. On FX1, I have Base note 0C for step 7, base note 00 for step 8.
On FX 2, I have FX1 prob 34 for step 7, FX1 prob 64 for step 8.
This should result in an octave jump occasionally on step 7, right? What I get is that the base note shift often carries over to later notes, as well.
If I reverse the order (FX2 prob on FX1, base note offset on FX2), it seems to work. Is there an intended order for FX values in order for them to work? Or am I overlooking something and this is user error?
Thanks!

Kill command on samples

Does the Kill effect work with samples?
If I put a sample on a line, and then put Kill 0000 next to it, it seems to play the sample at full length. Am I missing something?
I've tried various values and never got a sample to end early unless I use note off. I've also tried my own samples and the RAW ones that came with Nerdseq.

With the sequencer running, switching to the project screen and/or the automation screen can we have the sequencer top and bottom show the sequencer progress like it does in the main sequencer screen.
cheers

recording cv (-5/+5v and 0-4.5v)

Hi
I'd like to record cv from other sequencers I have to Nerdseq.
I have Kilpatrick K4815 which spit out -5/+5v cv and Rene with 0-4.5v
Nerdseq's CV in accept 0-10v.
what would be the best practice and needed module to record those cv into Nerdseq?
it seems Nerdseq is not recording the right notes from those unmatched cv volts especially with K4815
I guess -5/+5v just need offset? and for 0-4.5v, i just use as it?..

Midi Input Question

Hello,
Here is my scenario....
I am triggering Bitbox Sampler with Nerdseq via MIDI.
-MIDI Data Input:ON
-MIDI Step Chnl.:OFF
-MIDI Channel 1: Track 1 Record
-MIDI Channel 2: Track 2 Record
-MIDI Channel 7: Track 7 Record
-Track Assign all set to MIDI Channel 1 (should I be able to assign to any channel?)
I am able to record channel 1 with no issues. When I switch my MIDI controller to channel 2, Nerdseq still sends MIDI out on Channel 1. Is there an option I am missing? When I check Track 2 Pattern Screen indicates "MIDI 1" (to the far right of screen). I am able to record on Track 7 with no issues. It is only Tracks 2-6 that I am having issues with.
Thank you,
Mike B

I would really love a way to swap between tables and patches on their editing screens. Something like "hold [table|patch] and press [up|down]" (the page up/page down buttons) to navigate between them. Preferably it'd stop where you have no more active elements (like, if you only have tables 00 to 04 being used, pressing table+up wouldn't take you to table 05 and beyond).
I'm using different tables on multiple tracks and it would very much speed up editing the tables. Currently it's "press sequencer, go to the other pattern, press pattern, find the table in the pattern, then press table" to edit the other table I'm using. Rather than just "hold table and press up."
I know this would be real low priority if you did add it to your 2do list. But, it would speed up editing considerably!
