| Din Sync Clock input not working as expected |

Hi,
I've managed to slave the NerdSeq to my master clock (Pamela's new workout) using the 'Mod. Slave' mode with no problems (sending a x4 clock and /16 for the reset) and when I start stop the master clock the Nerdseq starts and stops as expected.
When I put the Nerdseq in 'Mod. Slave24' mode and send it a x24 clock and a high constant gate for the 'run' signal into the reset and then start the master clock the Nerdseq looks to be permanently resetting. I was expecting the sequence to start running when it received a high run signal and when I press stop the Nerdseq to stop when the run signal went low, then when I restart the master clock the Nerdseq to reset to the 1st step and run again.
If I remove the run signal from the reset input then the Nerdseq slaves to it but I then can't get it to start at the 1st step without then stopping all the patterns and the incoming clock and then arming a pattern to begin to play (it doesn't start until it receives the external x24 clock) and then finally starting the master clock again. In other words the 'Mod. slave24' seems to only listen to the clock input and not the reset input.
Am I overlooking something? I couldn't find any further details in the manual regarding this.
Thanks

Hi, not sure if this is a bug or not but when copying patterns from the main song screen of one file to another, it brings in the pattern numbers but none of the content. Instead it show a black screen with some lives and dots. Would love to be able to copy between files!

XOR Electronics NerdSEQ Review-1. Eurorack Modular Synth CV-Gate Sequencer & Sample Playback. NerdSEQ Features, Sequencer Screen - Multi Voices Patch Description in the Video.
-------------------------------------------------------
In this Part 2 of the NerdSeq Video Series, we start digging deeper into the Pattern Editor Screen and its features. We look at: - the Pattern Screen layout - the Notes (and Auto Gate On/Off) column - TABLES which can be applied 'per step' (Arpeggios, Transpose, Hop, FXs)
-----------------------------------------------------------------
We carry on from where we left in Part 2 and in this PART 3 of the NerdSeq Video Series we take a look at TRIGGERS and AUTO GATES including Special Parameters like Open, Off, Toggle, Kill FX, Delayed Triggers, Trigger Repeats, etc...
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
In this NerdSeq Review Video PART 4, we carry on with the MOD column, the second CV Output which is your second source of programmable Control Voltage 'per track'. We see some application e.g. controlling parameters on other modules and even as a second source of Pitch Control to create two voices polyphonic sequences. After the MOD column we move straight into the FXs, 4 Effects available per each of the 6 Modular Tracks.
-----------------------------------------------------------
In this Eurorack Modular NerdSeq Review PART-5, we look at more FXs, controlling Automator LFO parameters ‘per-step’, Randomizing FXs, Random Steps Jumping, Per step control of pattern/song ‘stop’, BPM control ‘per step’, Transposition BASE FX, etc…
------------------------------------------------
- the last few FXs, Kill, Break/Jump/Repeats...
- the Groove column for some shuffle, keep it grooving! -
- then move to the Patch 'per step' offering tons of parameters
- Conclusion for this 6 Parts look at the XOR Electronics NerdSeq

| How do you use NerdSeq LIVE ? |

My first motivation when buying the Nerdseq was to play full songs. I'm still learning so it's way too early but I was wondering if any of you perform live with it, and if so, what's your approach ?
The first question (feature request) is how to sequence song parts. While I appreciate the concept of "islands", I would feel much more comfortable with a way to trigger patterns and lines of patterns like in Ableton Live's Session View : START to play a pattern. SHIFT + START to trigger the whole line (meaning it will stop the playing patterns if the slot on the line is empty).
Am I overlooking something ? What's the advantage of Islands VS Ableton Session ? Would an "Ableton Live Session Mode" (sorry to call it like this) be possible ?
