what exactly does it mean when there are those blinking stripes infront of the pattern number? i thought it was when it is in the play cue. however these just keep on blinking. here is a short capture of the screen (warning noise) http://tempfiles.earthcontrol.de/20191217_190801.mp4
is it caused by the SPFX 00E ?
i was just irritated and like to know what is happening. btw, the patterns are playing like they should and not in the cue

| Much finer groove control |

We discussed this in a 'General Questions' thread, and there is no conclusive solution, so I'm following through with a request
It's important to me to have finer groove control, the division of steps into 6 sub steps is limiting.
The only current solution within Nerdseq is to raise the BPM to vey high rates, and even then the granularity is still coarse IMO - and you have to deal with the negative impact of having the ruler strip running at a silly speed, so synching stuff is tricky etc. far from ideal.
I can use an external clock with groove, but I really want to use Nerdseq as my master, and also not have to waste extra hp in my rack with a separate clock generator.
So please can we have some more advanced subtle fine grained control over groove.
Ideally this would be per pattern as it currently is (for improved phasing tricks etc.), but even if it is global, that would be an improvement.
Thanks Thomas, Nerdseq is awesome!

Hello forums. I’m just wondering if there would ever be plans to put in a half trigger half cv module . There’s the 16 triggs and I know soon to be 16 cvs. Would you ever consider doing a 8trig and 8 cv? I don’t have enough drum modules for 16 trigs :/

| track clock not working? |

i am trying to change the track clock. if i go to the nerd menu i can set it, it changes, but as soon as i move the cursor away, or enter the pattern it changes to normal.
using the track setup doesn't work. too. fx SCLK doesn't do anything either.
i am using an external clock but with the internal i have no success, too.how exactly does this work?
i found this thread (https://forum.xor.eu/showthread.php?tid=379) where it is explained that the sclk should be set at the end of a pattern. this works.
now i'd just like to know, why setting it at the beginning doesn't work? wouldn't it make sense to be able to set it anywhere in the pattern?
