ramp spanning length of pattern

This is one of these things I feel like NerdSeq actually has 3 different ways to do this and I'm missing something...
What is the most direct way of making a ramp that starts with a beginning voltage and arrives at an ending voltage across the length of a pattern? I'm imagining this in terms of automating CV to open a filter.
I feel like one way to do this might be to generate an envelope with a long attack. I suppose I could also just fire off a trigger to something like Maths or pip slope to do the same thing. But I suspect NerdSeq actually has a more precise way to accomplish this. What am I missing here?
Thanks!

Trigger E0 Minor Bug

I noticed that when you set the gate time in a pattern on a standard track to E0 (one whole step) it seems to be intermittent as to whether or not it actually stays on for the entirety of the step or sometimes ever so slightly less than a whole step. If you compare this behavior to say D5 (6 ticks), in standard pattern tick length etc it always stays on for the full 6 ticks.
I only noticed this when stringing together several whole steps (E0s) versus doing the same with stringing together 6 tick gates (D5s), a rounding error somewhere maybe? Could well be tempo related, as when i set the tempo to 120bpm the E0s stay on for the full step but other tempos result in different behaviour (try 124 for example). Also whole steps I think is assuming the step is 6 ticks, rather than basing it on the step length of the sequence.

[FIXED] Trigger delay not working with MIDI input

In a modular track, with trigger delay set to some value and trigger delay reach set to full, and MIDI for that track configured to input or record, the trigger delay is not applied for notes played on the midi input (midi keyboard). When recording the notes and then playing them back, trigger delay is OK (same as when just programming the notes of course).
I also updated the original feature request. I’m not sure if ‘trigger delay reach = full’ was supposed to also include midi input, but it sure would be very handy. Playing live is now kinda impossible with the Mutable Instruments Rings module. It definitely needs some delay.
Thanks for considering this.

Dinsync24 with old Roland (not working)

Hello there!
I tried to synchronize old Roland gears with the Nerd Seq, but nothing is working :/
Nerdseq clock in : dinsync, drived by a tr-606
Nerdseq sending dinsync to a tb-303
But nothing is happened.
My Nerdseq works well only with midi compatible gears.
Is it possible to synchronize old Roland gears in "dinsync24" mode right?
Best,
Jaquarius

Hi Everyone,
My first post here, and looking forward to getting 'at it' with the NerdSeq
I'm trying to hook up the NerdSeq, via the MIDI I/O expander, with the Expert Sleepers ES9. The intention is to control both the faders, and the pan in the ES9's standalone mixer. Here's the crux:
The MIDI from NerdSeq works fine. I tested the MIDI output data flow from the MIDI I/O expander into MIDI Ox and it's all there, great. Next, using Expert Sleepers MIDI Breakout module, connected to the ES9, I sent MIDI into it, and out of it, from Ableton while monitoring the data through MIDI Ox....works fine both MIDI input and output.
I connect the MIDI output from NerdSeq MIDI I/O expander to the MIDI In of the ES9 Breakout expander....and nothing(??). I have scoured the manual for both modules over the last two days, as a deep dive into both modules, and set up: Mixer configs in the ES9, Track Assignments, and Input/Recording Settings in the NerdSeq.
Is there something I'm completely missing...I do concede that my head is foggy, and in a spin with information overload! Any suggestions would be very helpful.
Many thanks.

Record rhythms?

Is there a way for Nerdseq to record complicated rhythms? For example from something like Zularic Repetitor, where a step could have two or even three triggers sent.
Right now it's just picking up a trigger on every step! Which makes sense, but I wonder if there's a way around it?
Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Here's a few clips from last weekend where I played some live electronic dance music at a tiny festival here in Finland. It was the second live gig for my live solo project called Nyklat and I think can now definitely consider it dancefloor proven! I had a massive amount of fun and so did the audience too.
Here's the setup in its current form:
![[Image: bvav76Dh.jpeg]](https://i.imgur.com/bvav76Dh.jpeg)
Sequencing: Nerdseq
Drums: LXR-02 and Disting
VCOs: MCO, Twin Waves, Chainsaw, A-111-6, Plaits (Knit) and some samples from Nerdseq
FX: FX Aid, Mimeophon, Warps
Filters: Steve's MS-22, Cinnamon, ADDAC604, Shakmat Hipass
Mixing and signal routing: A-138s, Levit8, 2hp Mix, Mixup, DIY switched mult
Planar2 for joystick controls. Stages for envelopes, LFOs and "macro controls". Quantus Pax for octave shifting. A few VCAs too.
